Molasses-Glazed Ribs

    1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In a small bowl mix together the blackstrap molasses, honey, coconut aminos, salt, and lemon juice. Peel and mince the onion and garlic and add to the glaze.
    3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ribs on the baking sheet and baste both sides of the ribs with about half of the glaze. Cover the baking sheet and the ribs using another baking sheet and roast for 1 hour in the middle of the oven.
    4. After one hour, baste the top of the ribs with half of the remaining glaze. Roast covered for another hour.
    5. Remove the baking sheet, baste with the rest of the glaze and roast uncovered for 10 minutes on 400 degrees.
    6. Serve hot.
