Watermelon lemonade
The fruity but also refreshing flavor will make you want to drink this watermelon lemonade all day long. It is so easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients. It has no added sugar, is dairy and gluten free, Paleo and AIP compliant. It is the perfect summer drink for the beach or a BBQ.

  1. Cut the watermelon and cut or scoop out the flesh. Take out the seeds and place it in a high speed blender.
  2. With a knife remove the peel of the lime, remove any seeds and place in the blender.
  3. Place ice cubes in the blender and mix until smooth. You might have to blend in batches if it everything doesn’t fit in the blender.
  4. Taste and add more ice or lime to your liking.
  5. Wash mint leaves and place them in one hand. Smack with the other hand to get more mint flavor. You could also cut the leaves in half. Place them into the lemonade. Pour into glasses or store in the fridge.
  6. Enjoy!
